How to consider moving in
If you find a room you like, you can apply for it on the day of viewing. We will also explain the necessary procedures, documents, and fees for moving in.
Steps to move in
| Reserving a viewing - Viewing | Please make a reservation for a viewing on the web, and at the appointed date, you will be able to see the rooms, common areas, services provided, and other aspects of life at THE DAY. The viewing will take about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. |

About the Contract
Short-term occupancy of one month is available!
The contract at THE DAY is not a typical lease contract, but a long-term accommodation contract. Therefore, short-term stays of one month are possible! Of course, you can also switch to a long-term contract in the middle of your stay if you like it.

All prices for THE DAY include tax.
For sole proprietors and corporations that are subject to consumption tax, the 10% consumption tax is treated as taxable purchases and is refundable!
