THE DAY Asakusabashi @ February 5 and 6
Despite the tight schedule from the time the preview was announced to the time of the event, we are very pleased that so many people attended on both days.
Thank you to everyone who came out in the cold!
We interviewed Midorikawa, the person in charge of THE DAY Asakusabashi's memorable first preview, about the day's events.
***************
–First of all, how did you feel on the day of the event?
It was cold!
We were to meet in front of the Asakusabashi station ticket gate...
I was also nervous because I did not know what kind of people would come.
I was given information on what to wear, but "I don't know what he looks like!" And.
However, if you actually have a preview...
I could tell right away that he was like that.
I also like the fact that he seems to be a nice guy at first sight. (Laughs.)
>Meeting new people for the first time is always nerve-wracking, no matter what the occasion. And since it is the first time for us to start a new business, not only the visitors but also our staff members who will guide you around are all nervous!
-Next, what were your impressions of the building when you actually previewed it?
The fact that we were able to see the project in progress seemed to have made an unexpectedly positive impression on everyone.
The model room is, of course, completed, but the other common spaces are still being worked on site by craftsmen, and on that day, it was really, wow, under construction. LOL.
I was very touched by the many people who were concerned about our service, saying, "It must be very difficult to create a new service from scratch. I was very moved by the many people who cared about us.
>>It is true that it is rare to see a construction site underway, so I remember how fresh and exciting it was to see the site being assembled day by day after the dismantling of the previous interior!
This is the privilege of a newly established brand. Because we create the interior and services from scratch, it is difficult and demanding, but it is also easy to reflect the lifestyles and opinions of the people who actually live in the building.
–What was your reaction?
Everyone had a good reaction to the services being considered, especially the "white rice free" service!
Some people said, "The rent is cheap, too. It's a bit different from the reaction we had expected. We are glad that you thought so. However, the house is still under construction, and I wonder if it is sometimes difficult for people to visualize the finished product.
>To be honest, we had a lot of trouble with the management about the rent. But in the end, I think we were all relieved to hear that the location, interior design, and services were not too cheap. I think everyone is relieved to hear that we were finally able to get a response of "Not too cheap? Laughs.
In terms of services, we are currently considering "how we can support people's daily lives". We are also considering how we can support people's daily lives.
**That's all for this issue***.

Impressions of those who came
What kind of house is it going to be like?
I will do this in future previews!
We interviewed the following people.
We will continue with the preview report (2).
