Hello everyone.
Although it has been six months since THE DAY opened, we are still receiving inquiries from many people who would like to view the building.
But what is the next generation of share house "coliving" living like?
Does it fit into my life?
There are still some parts that are hard to image.
Therefore, based on the questionnaire answered by the residents, we would like to introduce to everyone how life is at THE DAY and what kind of people live there.

series1: About the tenants
~Basic Data and Personality
1. Gender
The male to female ratio is 6 female to 4 male.
As with most coed housing properties, there are currently slightly more women occupying the property.
Asakusabashi has many bars, but the area around the facility is safe for women because it is near the station, brightly lit, and relatively safe.
2. Age
The largest group is 27 people in their 20s. The average age is 30.
Both those in their early 20s and those in their 40s and beyond are spending their time in the facility, each with their own stance, and there is a good mix of different lifestyles in the facility.
3. sociability
Those who are more introverted seem to have 32%, those who are more extroverted 31%, and those who are neither seem to have 37%, making for a balanced attribute overall.
Some 15% extroverts also spend time alone in their rooms, depending on their mood of the day.
I have the impression that everyone is spending their time at a comfortable pace, gathering in the living room only when watching soccer games.
4. Hobbies and interests
We asked them to list their current interests/concerns for future events.
This is just a small sample, but there seems to be a wide range of interests, including active, study and learning.
In addition to the facility's events, several people who already have common interests have set aside time to do what they like to do.
