Can I pay the rent and initial rent by credit card?: Basically, payment is made by account transfer or bank transfer.
What is included in the management fee?: Includes utilities in common areas, fiber optic internet in the residence, Wi-Fi in common areas, and cleaning costs, equipment, and supplies in common areas (toilet paper and dish detergent in common areas, etc.).
What is the initial cost?: Varies depending on the facility and length of contract. Please refer to the facility page for details.

Is there parking, bicycle parking, or motorcycle parking available?: There is no dedicated bicycle parking or parking space available, though,The nearest bicycle parking lot orMonthly parking lots in the neighborhood are available.
Do you have laundry facilities? Is there a charge?: Laundry rooms are provided for men and women respectively. *Rates vary by facility.
Can I invite my friends?: Of course, no problem. As long as you can follow basic rules and manners, any person is welcome.

How do I clean up and take out the trash?: We ask that you clean up after yourself, but cleaning supplies are available for rent. Garbage disposal boxes are available 24 hours a day. Cleaning service for 3-point units is available upon request.
Can friends or parents stay overnight?: Accommodation is available. Please contact us in advance.
Are the rooms furnished?: Both furnished and unfurnished rooms are available, but availability is subject to availability.

I am a foreign national. Are there any conditions for viewing?: In order to ensure that communal living goes smoothly for all residents, we have established the condition that "daily conversational level of Japanese language proficiency is required or you must be willing to work on learning Japanese.
Can I move in on the day I preview the apartment?: We regret that we are unable to accept immediate move-in due to reasons related to tenant screening.
Can my parents or friends preview the property with me?: We invite you and your friends and family to come and view the apartments with us.

Is there a penalty for cancellation?: No penalty will be charged, but application must be made by the stipulated period to terminate the lease. (Asakusabashi: up to 1 month prior to the desired move-out date|Iriya: up to 2 months prior to the desired move-out date)
Can I move in for a short period of time, such as 1-2 months?: Short-term occupancy plans are also available.
How long does it take to move in?: It takes a minimum of 7 to 10 days from the submission of the application form to move in. Please note, however, that it may take some time for the screening process.

Are security measures in place?: Entrances are strictly controlled by electronic keys. However, we cannot be responsible for the security of the common areas, which are left to each individual.
What should I do if I feel sick?: THE DAY Asakusabashi has life support staff. (Only when there is no risk of infection) We will support you in a flexible manner, so please do not worry.
When can I apply and pay for paid services?: Please inform our staff when you apply for services at the time of application or after you move in. Payment is to be made in total with the room charge.
