How to View
1. Book a viewing via WEB/SNS
From the "Book a Viewing" page, send us your desired dates and any concerns you may have. A staff member will contact you via the email address you registered. Even if you don't want to view the property right away, you can register on LINE to get priority access to the latest vacancy information.
2. On-site guidance
Meet with a member of staff at the appointed time and place. We will explain the facilities and services so that you can imagine what it would be like to live at THE DAY. Online tours are also available.
3. Consider moving in
If you find a room you like, we will explain the necessary procedures, documents, and fees for moving in on the spot. You can also apply on the day of the viewing.
Move-in Process
Step1 Viewing reservation ~ Viewing
You can make a reservation for a viewing online, and on the day you will be able to see what life at THE DAY is like, including the rooms, common areas, and services provided. The viewing will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step2 Consider moving in
During the viewing, we will explain how to apply for occupancy. You can also make a tentative reservation until you make a decision, so you can take your time to consider the property.
Step3 Application procedures
Please fill in the necessary information, such as your desired move-in date and personal information, and submit the application form. Applications can also be made on the day of the viewing.
Step4 Contract procedures
You will be asked to sign our prescribed contract and submit the necessary documents. After completing the paperwork and confirming payment of the initial fee, you will be able to move in. *After submitting the application form, there will be an examination according to our company regulations.
Step5 Move in
On the day, the local management staff will hand over the keys and explain how to use the workspace, shared areas, and services. This is the start of your life at THE DAY!
About Contract
Short-term stays of 1 month are possible!
The contract at THE DAY is not a typical rental contract, but a long-term accommodation contract. Therefore, short-term stays of just one month are possible! Of course, if you like the place, you can also switch to a long-term contract midway through.
