The next-generation co-living space, "THE DAY ⁺ Nishi-Funabashi," has finally arrived.

THE DAY ⁺ Nishi-Funabashi will open in the highly convenient Nishi-Funabashi area, which is served by the JR Chuo-Sobu Line, Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, and other lines.
Ahead of our grand opening on November 17th (Tuesday), we will be holding a preview event by appointment only!

"What kinds of rooms are available?" "How comfortable is the co-working space?"
I encourage you to see for yourself and answer those questions.
Each session is by reservation only and has a limited number of participants. Please apply as soon as possible.

Precautions

Please note that as this is a preview event before the official opening, some spaces may not yet be furnished with furniture, appliances, or equipment.
A viewing of the property is a mandatory requirement before moving in.
・The tour will be conducted in a "tour format" where multiple people will visit the rooms and common areas together.
Due to the nature of the tour format, online viewing is not available for this preview event.
(*Online viewings will be available starting from the regular viewings in November.)
・We may decline participation from competitors. Thank you for your understanding.

Flow of participation in the advance viewing

STEP 1: Select your preferred date and time from the application form on this page and apply for the preview event.
STEP 2: Participate in the tour at the venue on the day of the event.
STEP 3: Those wishing to move in should apply on the spot.
STEP 4: After the screening and contract procedures are completed, you can finally move in!
*The move-in date will be November 17, 2026 (Tuesday) or later.
